Hypnosis,

       Timeline therapy

              &

                          NLP

This is the question most frequently asked by people who are considering Hypnosis as an option when seeking answers for their chronic illnesses and addictions. Where many other directives have failed to produce results, Hypnosis remains the vehicle by which change is most likely to occur. Hypnosis has been known to produce remarkable results in many, if not, all areas of life.

Hypnosis is a phenomenon common to all people. It is the space we enter each time we allow ourselves to drift off into a state of daydreaming. Whenever we probe our minds for information, concentrate intently, or allow our conscious awareness to be preoccupied in any way, we are in fact, ‘in trance’.

A skilled hypnotist is trained to promote this condition, recognize its characteristics, and work with the unconscious faculties of the mind to produce the results desired by the client.

Hypnosis is all about change. Before making a decision to use hypnosis, be sure that change is what you want. This is important! If you are resolute in your decision to create a change in your life, expect results. Also, understand that that change will generate other subtle changes, and sometimes, major changes can occur in your life.

The benefits of hypnosis are numerous, ranging from the much-publicized;

Smoking
Weight Loss
Gambling

To assisting with stress-related conditions

Allergies
Phobias
Change of lifestyle
Learning difficulties

And other issues such as;

Bedwetting - fingernail biting - thumb sucking - Pain, etc

Also, numerous problems most people would never imagine can be approached by Hypnosis. The list goes on! If you have a problem, don't hesitate to give me a call and have a chat about it.

Also, realize that entertainment is just that, ‘ Entertainment’ It is real, however, it is not the way therapy is administered. Therapy is tailor-made to suit people on an individual basis. Each person is unique and has a personal history that is also unique. No two people are the same and each person will respond to hypnosis according to many factors, for example;

The degree of emotional trauma experienced in life:

Belief systems: (a powerful factor in governing success or failure),

Conscious and unconscious resistances and objections:

Fear: Again, a factor that covers many areas.

A client may well get what he asks for in one session, however, he may need training and encouragement over several sessions and sometimes more, depending on the depth of the issue at hand.
It is important to see your therapy through to the fruition of your outcome.
There is gain to be had from each session of hypnosis.

The depth of relaxation experienced in a hypnotic trance is second to none, the benefits numerous and the capacity to heal on all levels, nothing short of amazing.

I have been studying and applying hypnosis, together with NLP, for 22 years now. In that time I have been fortunate enough to learn under the guidance of Mr. John Suess. Master Hypnotist - Exec. Director of the Queensland Hypnosis Society - Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Trainer of both.

If you have any questions and you are contemplating using Hypnosis to deal with your problem, and or, you wish to make changes in your life, for example, better your career, improve your skills, deal with old frustrations that are preventing you from progressing in any aspect of your life, please don't hesitate, speak with me today!
